Christmass sweets 2012
I only made 7 kinds this year:
- Filled chocolates: Marcipan with Grand Marnier.

- Filled chocolates: Marcipan with kirschwasser, with blue sugar sprinkles.

- Almonds in dark chocolate.

- Choco-flakes: Spelt-flakes, quinoa-flakes and chopped almonds in milk chocolate.

- Lemon almonds: Almonds in white chocolate, shaken with lemon zest.

- Filled chokolates: Marcipan with Drambui.

- Rum/whisky raisins: Raisins soaked overnight in Bundaberg rum og A. D. Rattray whisky, covered in chocolate.
